In 1978, a young architect named Dennis walked through the doors of China's first state-owned construction firm. He spent the next four decades designing buildings — not for recognition, but because he believed that well-built spaces change lives.

He dreamed of something simpler: a home that anyone could afford, built with the same precision and care as the structures he had spent his life perfecting. A home that could be delivered, installed, and lived in — without compromise.

Dennis passed away in 2021, before he could see that dream become real.
